Saugerties First Fridays officially begin July 6th when the streets of Saugerties come alive with music, libation, shopping and art. Expect to see quirky bands in unusual places, sample tasty new cocktails and lovingly made microbrews. Gallery openings spill onto the sidewalks while you shop for unique clothing & distinctive home goods. Leisurely browse antique and book stores, all staying open late for you. The village's finest eateries serve homemade fare until 10pm. Jauntily zig and zag your way up and down the streets, discovering the new kids on the block and visiting well-known and friendly favorites. Nothing mainstream about what you'll find in Saugerties. It's a one-of-a-kind First Friday where elegance and apple pie mix it up, where scrappy meets sophisticated. Come out and add your own funky flare to Saugerties' First Fridays.
