Players to Watch:Dansville — Evan Pruonto (RB/LB), Ryan Carnevale (RB/DB), Billy Barrett (QB/DB), Logan Young (RB/DB), Shane Crandall (OL/DL), James Crissy (OL/DL), Ryan Frazer (OL/DL). Letchworth/Warsaw — Austin Williams (QB/LB), Hunter Elliott (WR/DB), Bryce Helmer (WR/DB), Blaise Leone (OL/DL), Jamie Cowie (OL/DL), Connor Hare (RB/LB), Caleb Maines (OL/DL).
3 Keys to Watch:
1. Austin Williams leads a high-powered LetSaw offense that used several big plays in week one to punish the Hornell defense on its way to 38 points. If Williams can use the deep threat in a similar fashion this week, Letchworth/Warsaw’s offense will be nearly impossible to stop.
2. Dansville’s offense did not get on the scoreboard in week one, but with a game under their belts, they will most assuredly get on the scoreboard this week. The Mustangs offense will face a defense that gave up a lot on the ground this week, so the running game must play a huge factor if Dansville is going to win.
3. Both teams made plenty of mistakes in week one losses, but with a full week of work in more normal circumstances this week, they should have had plenty of time to fix those mistakes. Whichever team was able to make the most successful adjustments from week one will likely come away with the win in week two.
