First baby of 2021 at Noyes is already a Bills fan
Gavin Lewis Woodard was born just 20 minutes into the new year on Friday morning, Jan. 1, 2021
DANSVILLE — It did not take long for the first baby of 2021 to arrive at the Family Birthing Center of Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville.
Gavin Lewis Woodard was born just 20 minutes into the new year on Friday morning, Jan. 1. Parents Gabrielle Quenell and Joshua Woodard welcomed their 6-pounds, 5.4-ounces baby boy at 12:20 a.m. It is the Lima, N.Y. couple’s first child.
Certified nurse midwife Amanda Halpenny attended at baby Gavin’s delivery, where he measured out at 20 inches long. The baby was photographed wearing a snug head nappy sporting the word "BUFFALO" — representative of being a Buffalo Bills fan from birth, it is believed.
Mom, baby and dad, who was also outfitted in Buffalo Bills clothing, were all said to be doing great after the big event.
The family also mentioned that Gavin’s siblings — Liam, Owen, Amelia and Kira — were excited to have a new baby brother.
The Buffalo Bills, meanwhile, have a new young fan on the bandwagon in time for Saturday's playoff game against the Colts.
