DANSVILLE — In addition to visitor restrictions announced on March 16 to limit potential COVID-19 exposure to patients and staff, several services at Noyes Health facilities will be curtailed or altered for the duration of the COVID-19 emergency and have specific service-related restrictions.

In general, patients of Noyes physician practices including Noyes Primary Care, Creekside Family Medicine, Genesee Regional Orthopedics and Noyes Pain Management continue to be seen in person, in the office for illness and acute healthcare issues. Patients may be asked to postpone check-ups or well visits, and some follow-up appointments will be handled by phone rather than an in-person visit. Please call your provider if you have questions.

Noyes’ Mental Health and Wellness in Dansville will continue to accept walk-in crisis visits at this time, but individuals needing help should, whenever possible, call (585) 335-4316 before coming to the office.

Beginning Thursday, March 19, all scheduled appointments, with the exception of injections, will be conducted via telephone or internet. Clients will be contacted by their provider prior to their next scheduled appointment. Clients are asked not to come to the clinic unless scheduled for an injection. If you have any questions, please contact the clinic at (585)335-4316.

At Noyes’ Urgent Care in Geneseo and After Hours in Dansville, patients will be limited to 1 caregiver with them in the room and in the waiting area, when necessary. All others are asked to remain outside the building.

At Noyes Kidney and Dialysis in Geneseo, only patients will be allowed to enter the building for treatment. No additional visitors allowed until further notice.

Noyes Physical Therapy and Sports Performance will be evaluating clients on a case-to-case basis. Clients with conditions that necessitate more immediate care, including recent post-surgical patients, will be treated based on acuity. Some client appointments will be rescheduled, and clients will be instructed on self-care. Clients should call (585)335-4239 for additional information.

The Spice Box Gift Shop on the ground floor of Nicholas H. Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville will be closed until further notice. The cafeteria on the lower level will remain open.

Vendors and contractors doing business with Noyes should contact their Noyes client directly to determine whether it is necessary to gain access to the hospital, and, whenever possible, postpone the visit.
