WELLSVILLE — Wellsville Police Thursday reported the arrest of seven juvenile males following an investigation into the damage to an ice storage cooler that was on Island Park property following the Great Wellsville Balloon Rally in July.

Arrested Wednesday were three 13-year-old Wellsville youngsters, three 14-year-old Wellsville residents and one 15-year-old youth from Genesee, N.Y., all charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony.

The seven suspects were petitioned to the Allegany County Probation Department for further action.

Also on Wednesday, Wellsville Police arrested Kaliesta J.C. Perkins, 19, of Belmont, charging her with second-degree falsifying business records. The charge stems from a complaint made by the Giant Food Mart in Wellsville. Perkins was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.

Daniel E. Fronczak, 43, of Alma, was charged Wednesday with exposure of a person. The charge stems from an incident that allegedly took place on Madison Street on Aug. 9. Fronczak was processed and arraigned, and then committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250 cash bail. Fronczak is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court later this month.
