WELLSVILLE — Wellsville Police on Thursday arrested a Wellsville man after an investigation into an incident in the fall of 2018.
Police on Friday reported the arrest of David M. Rahr, 23 on charges of second-degree criminal sexual act, a class D felony, second-degree sexual abuse, and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges stem from an incident that allegedly took place on West Dyke Street in October 2018.
Rahr was processed and arraigned before the village justice. Rahr was committed to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 property bond.
He is due back in Wellsville Village Court in August.
