NORTH DANSVILLE — A Dansville woman was arrested on felony charges after an investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff's Office.

On May 30, the Sheriff's Office was called to a residence in the Town of North Dansville to meet with a complainant who received a notice from the Town of Nunda Court that her license was going to be suspended for failing to answer a ticket for driving with a suspended registration. The complainant further stated that she was never issued a ticket for the charge and felt that somebody may have used her personal information when they received a ticket.

It was determined through investigation by deputies that Kathleen A. White, 53, was the person who received the ticket in June of 2017. It is alleged that White lied about her name because she was driving with a suspended license at the time. On Saturday, White was charged her with felony first-degree falsifying business records, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and driving an unregistered vehicle, all which originated from the initial traffic stop.

White was later arraigned in the Town of Geneseo Court before Judge Houston and remanded to Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail or $1,000 property bond.
