CONESUS- Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty advises the arrest of a Conesus Woman on Grand Larceny, Identity Theft and Petit Larceny charges.
Amie M. Gomoll,33, of Conesus, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny, two counts of second-degree identity theft and one count of petit larceny.
Gomoll is alleged to have stole a credit card from the victim and charged over $1,000 and transferred money from the victim's savings account in the amount of $750 all without the permission of the victim.
Gomoll was arrested at the Livingston County Jail where she was being held on prior charges. She was arraigned on the charges in Livonia Town Court and the matter was referred to County Court.
The investigation and arrest were handled by Investigator Gene Chichester of the Livingston County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division. The investigation stems from an earlier investigation and arrest of Gomoll on burglary charges in the Town of Avon.
