A passenger in the vehicle, Marissa K. Bellows, 22, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Both Jordan and Bellows were arraigned in the Town of Livonia Court. Jordan was sent to the county jail in lieu of $250 bail and Bellows was released without bail conditions.
