ALFRED — Several individuals have been charged after allegedly vandalizing an Alfred residence, the Alfred Police Department said.

The following were arrested and charged Saturday night:

-James D. Campanaro, 21, of Canastota, was charged with sixth-degree conspiracy, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal trespass.

-James A. Benson, 21, of Holmes was charged with for sixth-degree conspiracy and criminal mischief.

-Collin C. Kaiser, 21, of Rocky Point was charged with for sixth-degree conspiracy and criminal mischief.

-Kevin P. Lamarque, 21, of Holliston, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree conspiracy.

-Keith H. Carrington, 21, of Alfred, was charged with sixth-degree conspiracy and criminal mischief.

-Lucas R. Chavez, 21, of Chinohills, Calif. was charged with sixth-degree conspiracy and criminal mischief.

All were arrested after an investigation into a harassment complaint at a party on West University Street in the village, Alfred authorities said. The six subjects allegedly returned to a house after one of them was asked to leave. Upon their return, two doors to the house were broken and a person at the residence was harassed, a police report said.

The six subjects were issued appearance tickets for Alfred Village Court at a later date.
