NUNDA — Keshequa had six wins by pinfall as the Indians clinched the Livingston County Division III title with a close 42-37 victory over visiting Perry Thursday in Nunda.

Hunter Wood easily had the quickest pin of the night in the 113 pound bout, taking just 29 seconds to down his opponent. Chase Wood (120 pounds) and Brody Wood (220) also had pins in the first period. Colton Davis (99), Alex Mongillo (170) and Austin Prince (145) added pinfalls in the winning effort.

Lance Todd scored a 5-0 shutout decision at 113 pounds for Keshequa. Adam Curry chipped in an 11-5 decision at 138. There was no forfeits during avery competitive night of action on the mats in every weight class. It couldn't get much closer as Keshequa won eight classes and Perry took seven.

The Indians will go for the Section V, Class B title Feb. 7-8 in Arkport.
