A week of great food and great times awaits at the Hartstone Inn & Hideaway in Camden, Maine.

The inn has parnered with Italy's Chef Benedetta Vitali, who will be sharring her Tuscan cooking heritage.

During this five-day immersion-cooking school, Vitali will share original family recipes straight from her Tuscan roots.

Each day, guests will receive hands-on instruction while cooking three to four recipes for lunch. The student chefs will then eat and discuss the meal they have prepared.

Vitali will show the importance of selecting quality ingredients. Guests will learn to use their sense of smell, touch and sight in order to pick perfect ingredients for each of the chef's family dishes.

This one-of-a-kind cooking experience is only available to Harstone Inn guests. It is a full five days of cooking school and includes accommodations and most meals.

Vitali is a native of Florence, Italy, and has taught cooking classes around the world. She is an experienced restauranteur, award-winning chef and author of "Soffritto: Tradition & Innovation in Tuscan Cooking," a James Beard Award finalist.
