Your daily entertainment briefing with an easy recipe for Dorito-Chicken Casserole, the Oscars airing on Sunday and the premiere of "America's Next Top Model" tonight.  

Dinner idea: Dorito-Chicken Casserole




2 cups coarsely crushed Doritos

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

1 (10-15 ounce) can enchilada sauce

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray or butter 2-quart shallow baking dish (12-by-8-by-2-inch pan). Combine 1 cup of crushed Doritos, soup, enchilada sauce, cut-up chicken pieces and onion. Stir with rubber spatula to mix. Spread in prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Top dish with cheese and remaining 1 cup of Doritos. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.


Makes about 5 cups.


On TV: ‘America’s Next Top Model’ on The CW Network, 8 p.m. EST; 7 p.m. CST


In the season 16 premiere of “America’s Next Top Model,” 14 models will head to Los Angeles for a challenge before the finalists are chosen and move into the Top Model penthouse. The girls need to walk a runway of water in a large plastic bubble to avoid elimination.


Weekend tip: Watch the Oscars on ABC, 8 p.m. EST; 7 p.m. CST


This Sunday, the 83rd Academy Awards will air live with Anne Hathaway and James Franco as the hosts. Those vying for best picture are “The King’s Speech,” “Black Swan,” “The Fighter,” “Inception,” “The Social Network,” “The Kids are All Right,” “127 Hours,” “Toy Story 3,” “True Grit” and “Winter’s Bone.”
