CHAEL BELANGER, 43, of Dansville, was sentenced to sixty days incarceration in the Livingston County Jail and five years probation as a result of a prior plea of guilty to reckless endangerment in the first degree.

CHAEL BELANGER, 43, of Dansville, was sentenced to sixty days incarceration in the Livingston County Jail and five years probation as a result of a prior plea of guilty to reckless endangerment in the first degree.  He was also ordered to pay penalty assessments.
JOSEPH V. MCLEAN, 40, of Dansville, was sentenced to a term of one to three years incarceration in a state correctional facility as a result of a plea of guilty to driving while intoxicated as a felony. He was also ordered to pay a fine, restitution, plus penalty assessments and his license was revoked.
JACOB D. McMURTRY, 37, of Nunda, was sentenced to six months incarceration in the Livingston County Jail and five years probation to include Drug Treatment Court as a result of a prior plea of guilty to driving while intoxicated as a felony.  He was also ordered to pay a fine plus penalty assessments and his license was revoked.
