A quick trip to the Dog House resulted in visiting Wayland-Cohocton going on to win the Livingston County Division 1 track title on May 22 with a 94.5-45.5 verdict over the Lady Bulldogs. Both teams came into competition unbeaten in divisional action. Leading the way for coach Dan Moore’s team were double winners Breonica Smith in the 400 and 800, while Jade Harris picked up victories in the shot put and discus. The Golden Eagles swept all three relays. Livonia was paced by Emily Marris who took the 100-meter dash, long jump and triple jump. Tessa Artruc won the 200-meter dash and high jump.
