MICHAEL F. BONNER, 39, Dansville, was sentenced to a term of one and one-third to four  years’ incarceration in a state correctional facility as a result of an admission to two violations of probation.
WILLIAM C. PEATY, 38, of Dansville, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated as a felony, fail to keep right, and possession of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.  He was arraigned with his attorney, entered a plea of not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to June 15 for further proceedings. His license was suspended pending prosecution.
EDWIN VELAZQUEZ, 41, of Dansville, was arraigned on a violation of probation, entered a denial, and the matter was adjourned to May 13 for further proceedings. He was remanded to the Livingston County  Jail without bail.
JAMES COWLEY, 34, of Springwater, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated as a Felony, Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree, and Operating without Plate Lamp.  He was arraigned with his attorney, entered a plea of not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to June 17, 2010 for further proceedings.  His license was suspended pending prosecution.
KATHRYN E. HARTSON, age 25, of Dansville was sentenced to four months intermittent incarceration in the Livingston County Jail and three years probation to include six months electronic home monitoring as a result of a prior plea of guilty to Driving While Intoxicated as a Misdemeanor.  She was also ordered to pay a fine plus penalty assessments and her license was revoked.
PATRICIA M. KERR, age 51, of Dansville was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, Driving While Impaired by Drugs, and Inadequate Exhaust.
ADAM M. STEEN, age 24, of Mt. Morris was charged with Attempted Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, Attempted Promoting an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child, Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the First Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
