Wayland-Cohocton traveled to Nunda on Dec. 20 to face the Keshequa Indians. The Golden Eagles wasted no time and led 11-5 inside  of the first five minutes. By the end of the first period it was Way-Co 18-5. That first period tempo set the pace for the rest of the game.

Way-Co started the second quarter on a 10-0 run before the Indians’ Sean Mattle came through with seven points as the half ended 33-16. Keshequa kept stride in the third as both teams tallied 14 points. The Eagles piled up 20 more points for a final 67-42.
