Carter, 33, proposed to the 29-year-old fitness expert and actress on an island in the Florida Keys. Carter teased the proposal on Instagram, posting a photo of the pair with a caption that read, "Big question... Great answer."
This will be the first marriage for Carter, who is currently working with his fellow Backstreet Boys on a new album.
