Dansville senior slugger and hurler Clarissa Swain had a big day on Friday as the Lady Mustangs exterminated the Bees from Byron Bergen in high school softball at Babcock Park by a 14-1 final.
Swain went the distance in the circle throwing seven strong innings to get the win yielding five hits and one earned run while striking out seven and walking one.
In the game, the Lady Mustangs scored early and often. Dansville posted double digits in the hits column as well to back Swain’s hurling efforts.
