McKellan and Stewart played arch-enemies in the series, with Stewart in the role of X-Men leader Professor X and McKellan playing the villain Magneto. McKellan told a U.K. radio show that he had performed a wedding before, for two men having a civil union. Stewart's fiancee is jazz singer Sunny Ozell. McKellan and Stewart will reunite on-screen in "X-Men: Days of Future Past," set to hit theaters in July 2014.
