Osbourne tweeted an update about her condition last night, saying "Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes. Yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why?" She also posted a picture oh her arm hooked up to an IV. Osbourne was treated just two weeks ago for a sprained ankle after she fell in a bathroom.
