A Brazillian orchid bee was named in honor of the "Big Bang Theory" catchphrase "Bazinga!" The bee's official scientific name is Euglossa bazinga. Dr. Andre Nemesio, a Brazilian biology professor and one of the scientists who discovered the bee, explained "The idea was to honor actor Jim Parsons and his brilliant interpretation of Sheldon Cooper.
