Not including a friendly kitty who stopped by to say hello, 17 guests attended the Foster Wheeler retiree picnic at the Dansville Fish and Game Club Aug. 25.

This bi-monthly get together has gone on since 1972, when it was first held in the Powers Inn, then Sparta Fire Hall and finally the fish and game club. Due to dwindling attendance, the retirees decided to exchange this long-standing tradition with an annual picnic instead.

Attending the final monthly reunion was from left: Mark Weidman, Don and Madge Cuddeback, Les Patterson, Braeden Gibson, Alice and Ardeen Johantgen, Justin “Judd” and Marianna Vogt, Wilhelemena Potter, Rita Morsch, Margaret Johnson, Virginia and Ralph Wagner, Pat Werth, Bernie Morgan and Roy Werth.
