Patricia K. Masolotte of Dansville died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, at Noyes Memorial Hospital after a long illness at the age of 73.
Pat was born in Dansville on March 17, 1939, the daughter of the late Harold and Catherine Young. She was a graduate of the Dansville Central School District and on Aug. 18, 1962, she was married to her husband, Quentin Masolotte, who predeceased her on Jan. 15, 2012. Pat had worked for the Wensel Agency in Dansville. She was an loved golf and bowling. She was a long-time member of the Brea Burn Women’s Golf Association and a communicant of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Dansville. Pat will be missed and her passing will leave an empty space in the lives of her family and many close and loving friends.
Besides her husband Quentin, Pat was also predeoeased by her son Thomas Masolotte. She is survived by her son, Joseph Q. Masolotte of Mt. Morris; brother, Daniel (Mary Anne) Young of Dansville; sister, Barbara (Raymond) Briggs of South Carolina; several nieces and nephew.
There will be no prior calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church in Dansville. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Dansville. Memorial contributions may be made to Noyes Memorial Hospital Foundation, 111 Clara Barton St., Dansville, NY 14437.
