A missing child alert was been issued by the New York Division of Criminal Justice Services. It has since been canceled.
Aniyah Walker is an 8-month-old baby who was taken from 13 Hutchins St., Batavia, by her father Migie Walker, a 24-year-old, 5-foot 8, 140-pound, black man. They were reported leaving the residence at 10 a.m. Friday on foot and have not been seen since. Police are concerned for the safety and welfare of the child.
Anyone with information is asked to call Batavia City Police Department at 585-345-6350 or 911.
