A missing person alert issued earlier today for Sylvia Vass, 70, of Tonawanda was cancelled.
Vass is a white female with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds.
She suffers from dementia, is diabetic and may be in need of medical attention. She was last seen at approximately 3 p.m. yesterday at Brighton-Eggert Pharmacy. She is operating a black 2008 Chevy Uplander with New York plate BWA-7240.
