A Steuben County man is due in Cohocton town court Dec. 11 after his arrest last weekend on drunk driving charges.
Arrested after a two-vehicle accidenet Nov. 17 on county Route 21 was Kevin W. Beaupre, 47, of Wayland. State Police charged Beaupre with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of .11 percent, failure to keep right and several 0ther traffic violations.
Authorities did not report on injuries.
