Glen C. Babcock passed away Dec. 23, 2011, at the age of 78.
He was in the U.S. Army serving in the Honor Guard at Arlington Virginia. He retired from Eastman Kodak and was a volunteer at the Glenn H. Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport, N.Y. He was predeceased by his parents, Milton and Helen Babcock; and wife, Idella Babcock.
Glen is survived by his dearest companion and best friend, Sharon, and his three children, Thomas (Terry) Babcock of Virginia Beach, Va., Anne Copella of Stanley, N.Y., Daniel (Jill) Babcock, of Warner Robins, Ga.; 10 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; brother, Gary (Teddy) Babcock, of Dansville; nieces and nephews. Among his large extended family he is also survived by friends Jenny Caron, Sue Babcock, six stepchildren and his cousins, DeMerle Johnson and Helen Plumly.
