Springwater — A Springwater man is sitting in jail after stealing guns. 

 

On June 12 Patrick O'Hara, 21, was arrested after two long guns were reported stolen.

 

Livingston County Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty said, "On June 12, the suspect, and the locations that he allegedly sold the two stolen guns to were located.  O'Hara was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny."  

 

The District Attorney's Office recommended the bail be set at $1,000 cash and $2,000 bond.

 

O'Hara was turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for processing and pre-arraignment detention.

 

O'Hara was later arraigned before Judge Torregiano in Avon Town Court.  The Judge remanded O'Hara to the custody of the Sheriff on $1,000 cash and $2,000 bond.
