Away we go! School is so busy and there is already so much going on. We’ve been making updates to the website to assist the community in easier use. You’ll notice sharper looking graphics and some organizational items that should help the information flow better. If you have any questions or concerns, or can’t find particular information, please email Melonie Coley at mcoley@wccsk12.org or click on the Webmaster link found at the bottom of the left maroon border on each page. Chances are if you can’t find something, someone else is looking for it as well.
Freshmen have become acquainted with their Kick-Off Mentors. These ambitious upper-classmen have volunteered to serve as leaders for their younger counterparts. The freshmen have an opportunity to spend time with their mentors in homeroom a couple of times a week. The mentors in turn have agreed to spend their time working toward creating a nice environment for these students, answering their questions, providing some guidelines and support to the students as well as agreeing to attending meetings and trainings. It is a great opportunity for all involved.
Continuing Education programs have been posted to the website. If you would information mailed to you, please contact Melonie Coley at 585-728-2366 ext. 3070. Feel free to leave a message with your name and complete address.
Seniors, please be certain to have your senior portraits turned into the yearbook by Friday, Sept. 14. If you have questions or concerns, please see Mrs. Dineen Snyder in the high school. It is important to meet the yearbook deadlines. Yearbooks in both the high school and the middle school are now on sale. Order forms are available on the school websites.
