This is the growler that you can buy at the Wachusett Brewery
Store.
It cost me 19 dollars a few years back, and its really paid for itself. I’ve filled it with plenty of Wachusett beer, but I’ve also used it when I bottle beer. Its a great vessel for storage because it has an air tight seal, so the beer carbonates.
Its also a fun way to share beer. There is just something about opening a growler of beer, and pouring it into glasses around a fire, patio, or at a table while enjoying some good food.
I hope to fill it this weekend with something good at the Wachusett Brewery store, but they’re closed on Sunday while I’ll be in Westminster, so I may have to make a special trip Saturday.
Not sure what I’ll get yet though, but Wachusett makes some fine ales, so whatever it will be I know it will be good.
