DANSVILLE — Livingston County Sheriff's Office investigators said a motorist failing to yield the right of way led to a tractor-trailer overturning Wednesday on Interstate 390.
According to a report, a vehicle operated by Luke Lewis, 32, of Naples, was entering the interstate from the exit 4 northbound on-ramp when he became distracted, resulting in contact between the passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer. The rig overturned on its side.
The sheriff's department said there were no life-threatening injuries as a result of the North Dansville crash.
Lewis was cited for failing to yield the right of way.
