Fannie Pfaff, of Camden, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2014. She had been a patient at Rome Memorial Hospital Extended Care for nearly three years.

On August 12, 1915, in Wayland NY, Fannie was born the daughter of John and Bertha Havens Shaver.

Aunt Fannie, as she was lovingly known to all who knew her, moved to Camden from Florida to be near her niece Helen and Jack Plumley.

Surviving are Helen Plumley, Camden; nephew DeMerle Johnson, Dansville, along with several other nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.

Fannie was of Protestant faith.

On May 10, 1947, she was united in marriage to Gerard Pfaff, Gerard passed away in 1981.

She was also predeceased by her nine siblings.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Leona Woodcock and family, you were very dear to her. Also to Dr. Tallandini and the entire Staff on 3 North for the concern and care given to her.

At Fannie’s request there will be no visitation. Private services at the convenience of the family.
