A Celebration of Ice & Dessert Wines and Food will be held from noon to 5 p.m.  Feb. 25  at the New York Wine & Culinary Center in Canandaigua.

Contestants will cook their chili from 10 a.m. to noon Chili Judging (open to the public) from 12:30-2:30 p.m., and the winner announced at 3:30 p.m.

Other events for the day include regularly scheduled classes: winter wine and food pairing at 12:30 p.m. and wine and chocolate pairing at 3 p.m. Call 585-394-7070 for more information.
